Compliment incoming - you are one of only about three Substack accounts that I will always immediately click when you have a new post out. I love your writing and you have a brilliant brain. And a very special ...waves vaguely....sensibility? Aura? Outlook? Don't really know what I mean by that but you have it. Hope that helps 🤣

And OMG hard relate re blood pressure. it is my nemesis. I get high blood pressure trying not to have high blood pressure. Why am I like this. 🤣

HAHAHAHA. Thank you, Nicola! It helps! 11/10 compliment that gave me the will to go on for at least a week. And re: blood pressure .... why are *we like this. It's so dark but I have a feeling we will persevere.

Thank you as always Sarah. Leaving a comment from Nevis, a Caribbean island where the next ‘Prospéra’ is due to be built. To date a tenth of the island has been sold (in agreement rather than concrete form), to a group of Crypto Bros. There are rumours from reliable sources about the Nevis Premier receiving 15 million US (so far) to facilitate the development, including passing a special law for the ‘zone’ (different legal system, security, environmental protection responsibilities etc). We (many people in Nevis) are asking ourselves: what are the life-giving alternatives? What are the questions we need to ask to find them? What other forms of development will mobilise and connect people, and take care of the land?
